Dinner was delicious. The staff were all very friendly. The location was fantastic. The place was better than anywhere else! The kids really enjoyed it. Especially, the Bern Children's Lodge showed consideration for children.

- • Front desk connection was not good. I called the front desk several times before check-in, but they didn't answer the phone, and it was difficult to reach the front desk once during the stay.
VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL
Kensington resort exceeded my expectations by 1000%. If I could give more than 10 points, it would be 1000 points. Value for your money (the lodge I rented is huge compared to typical Korean hotels), very clean, very large living room and nice kitchen. We arrived late due to a flight delay, and the staff who managed our check-in was very courteous and professional. It was the lodge that amazed me, my picky husband, and sister. We had the morning buffet. It had both European and Korean breakfast options. The food selection was of high quality. I chose the Korean breakfast as they had plenty of vegetables. Lastly, there were many gentle walking paths for us older folks and my sister's dog. My sister's dog gives his approval!

- • The kitchen needs glasses for drinking beer or wine. Drinking alcoholic beverages from coffee cups is not tasty at all.
Summer vacation with Chorong in 2025
1. The breakfast buffet was clean and delicious. Highly recommended~ 2. The surrounding natural landscape is very peaceful, and the weather is not too hot, so we could have a good night's sleep without turning on the air conditioning. In Seoul, with the deadly tropical nights, I couldn't sleep without air conditioning~ 3. The pet park right in front of the accommodation allowed Chorong to play happily.

- • 1. Uncomfortable without a shoe rack and indoor slippers. 2. The mosquito net is torn, so mosquitoes~ㅠㅠ 3. The dishes are not clean. 4. The convenience store is small and lacks variety of items. 5. Overall, the building is old, so there is a lot of mold in the bathroom and a strong pet smell in the living room.
Nice, but very humid - which may affect my judgment.

- • The shower in the en-suite was over/next to an electricity source. Odd. We didn't use it.
