Crunchy towels and gowns.
I stayed at The Langham Sydney during an extended stay in Sydney as a treat for myself. The staff were really polite and professional, but I was given a room that already had someone in there, and I was greeted by a very angry lady who said I was interrupting her. I was then taken to another room, and although it was beautiful, and the bed was comfy, the towels and robes were really crunchy, thin, and uncomfortable to use. I would have expected plush linen being a 5-star hotel. I wouldn't stay again.
