- • Room was dirty and had a weird smell to it. The bathroom was dirty. Had a bar of soap with hair on it in the shower. There was mold in the shower tile and window sills. There was dirt and dust under and around the beds.
It was a last-minute reservation. I didn't imagine it would be so good based on the reviews, but to my surprise, it was spectacular. Cleanliness, comfort, and excellent location. Another thing to highlight is the breakfast buffet.

- • Worst bed ever, creaky and sagging (my weight is less than 60 kg), the sheet was dirty, and the bathroom was moldy, and the floor was dusty. Really a shame for a beautiful location.
Well-located hotel but with uncomfortable rooms and poor maintenance.
The best thing is the location, right in the historic center next to the Jerónimos Monastery.

- • Room, small, irregular, with a very small bathroom, the shower water faucets did not work properly, and it was impossible to regulate the water temperature, the bed mattress was very uncomfortable and sank, poor room soundproofing, the TV also did not work, difficult access to the rooms and a very small elevator as well.
