- • The hot tub located directly in the room is a bold choice, but I respect it.
Cleanliness leaves something to be desired, but good location
Positive to highlight is at least the good location as a starting point for the pedestrian zone of Whistler. Since we had a lot to complain about, the hotel staff apologized and they would address the shortcomings.

- • The hotel is clearly showing its age and overall seems very outdated. The air conditioning and kitchen are old, and in many places, the tiles are damaged. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also severely lacking: dishes and pots were not properly clean, the nightstand was not wiped down - you could still see the cup marks of the previous guests. However, the most serious issue was the condition of the bed: it was partially repaired with tape, the duvet was noticeably stained, and there were hairs on the mattress. The fireplace does provide warmth but cannot be turned off. The hotel is also extremely noisy - noisy neighbors woke us up at night, and even the refrigerator was very loud. It rained at night, and the roof drain poured onto a metal sheet on our balcony, causing additional, extreme noise. Parking is also chargeable and takes place in a very tight parking garage. Fortunately, this was only one night for us as a stopover - we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.
