Stayed with 3 of my colleagues this time for 3 nights each, all of us = 12 nights. I stayed with you in late July 2025. Only thing that really needs attention is the coffee at breakfast - both the Melitta & the old Faema need upgrading - suggest you check with Hiangkie Coffee Corp locally who offer the excellent Eversys Cameo for Brek Self Serve - very reliable & very consistent good coffee. Try their Yellow Brew Lab Pack as I tasted at the Hotelex show. Trust this assists.

The hotel is beautiful, with a great location among villas in the French Concession. It's very nice to start a walk around the city from there. 15-20 minutes by taxi to the Bund. A decent pool, hammam, sauna in the men's and women's changing rooms, jacuzzi. The spa is clean. All the staff is very polite. A nice touch - drinks and soup as a gift (we arrived very tired and hungry and they immediately brought it to the room). On other days, we had to ask for it. The staff didn't tell us about it themselves, we saw it on a note they gave us. The view of the park is very beautiful. Good breakfast.

- • Some furniture and walls are worn in places, but not critical. It was surprising that in one room we had Molton Brown toiletries, and in another, just regular Radisson. Radisson is also good, but I prefer Molton more.

Business Room was spacious, clean & well furnished. The hotel is well-appointed as well.
Breakfast was a buffet with a large selection. Only complaint: Rooms were very hot even though I turned down the temperature to 18.5C when the outside temperature was 12-18C. Also, there is no Spa - no massage or beauty treatments available at all.

- • Engineering should be able to allow individual rooms to adjust the temperature. Many in our group had the same complaint. The outside temperature was cold but we were sweating in our rooms.
