A vacation of relaxation, landscapes, and nature
Splendid location immersed in the green hills of Tuscany. Infinity pool overlooking the valley, surrounded by the chirping of birds is the relaxation idea I expected. Courtesy of the staff and all kinds of comforts. Additionally, we received an upgrade at check-in with the assignment of a beautiful valley view room. It was truly a relaxing vacation.

- • I only tried it for one evening because I did not find a wide choice regarding vegetarian dishes that were not cheeses, soups, or ribollita.

A decidedly relaxing stay focused on body care.
The kindness and availability of all the staff present. Breakfast seemed more than sufficient to me, but I expected something more.

- • Presence of children, and even sometimes noisy infants. I also noticed some deficiencies in the "maintenance" of the structure compared to past experiences. I find it inappropriate to report the charges for "tips" as a percentage on the services and on the extra receipts made, even though it was correctly communicated that they could be removed from the bill of extras to be paid. Which I still decided to keep in the end.

Excellent hotel thanks to the warm thermal baths when it's cold outside. The view at the hotel is lovely, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

- • The hotel's restaurant was less to our taste for dinner, but breakfast was very varied.

Excellent service, staff is a 10, from reception to restaurant staff, kindness everywhere and willingness to please the customer. This is what it means to go to a 5-star facility.
