- • Minimal choices for restaurants but nice restaurants (and cheaper) in town within 5 minute drive.
Pleasant relaxing but with several things to review
The structure has attentive and very kind staff. The hotel is large and has several pools, restaurant, and bar.

- • The room was not clean and even the pools are not well-maintained, I found it a bit neglected and there is no 5-star spa service. Dinner with dishes not always up to par and terrible lunch. Too bad for the super kind and attentive staff
Nice structure but not fabulous.
The structure is luxurious and beautiful. Comfortable bed. Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful and good breakfast with special praise for the tarts and cakes that were delicious. Clean pools and very comfortable sunbeds.

- • The SPA needs a refresh, from cleanliness to furnishings. The black carpet in the corridor leading to the SPA is definitely outdated and in my opinion not worthy of a 5-star hotel of this kind. There is only one pool with non-thermal water and the sunbeds next to this pool are definitely few. The breakfast is good but still lacks something (like salmon). The size of the shower in the room is ridiculous, the smallest I have ever seen, maybe 90cm x 90 cm, definitely claustrophobic. Like almost all previous reviews, I join in saying that at the time of check-out, on the sheet indicating the tourist tax (€4 per night per person), a NON-mandatory tip of 5% is calculated on the total amount paid for the stay. The staff tells you it's not mandatory but definitely looks at you badly when you decide not to pay it. I consider this behavior completely out of line with the standards of a Leading Hotel of the World.
Very well organized. Elegant atmosphere but not formal. Beautiful and panoramic pools.

- • The dining and dinner / price of the beef rib: €150 supposedly 1.2 kg at €12 per 100g .. if not: perfect
