Expedia deceived me: I appreciate the effort the hotel is making to stay operational after the serious damages caused by the DANA a year ago. They have even set up a section to receive clients like me, which shows commitment from the management. However, the experience does not match what is shown in the photos at the time of booking. They advertise modern facilities of a new and in perfect condition IBIS, but what one finds is different: old and poorly maintained rooms (at least the one I got), with bathrooms and air conditioning systems barely working. In addition, the reception is located in a container and many of the usual services are not available, something that is not clearly warned at the time of booking. I think it would be much fairer to inform customers transparently about this situation. Personally, I would have been willing to support staying in precarious conditions, as long as I had been prepared and well informed from the beginning. I acknowledge the effort of the staff, who do their best in a complicated context, while repair works continue in the main building.

The hotel was completely flooded last year. Habitable rooms are only available on the 1st and 2nd floor. Only accessible by stairs. Ground floor and large parts of the parking lot are construction sites. The parking space is very tight. A makeshift reception is set up. Restaurant and bar no longer available. Breakfast is a makeshift one and consists of water or juice, a piece of pastry, and self-service coffee from the machine. For this, it's free and there's a small discount on the room rate. If we had known all this when booking, we would have definitely chosen another hotel.

It’s was good. Shopping across the street ample parking and staff were nice and very helpful

Train the lady who picks up the dishes at the breakfast buffet. It upset the guest customers to throw the dishes. Overall, everything was excellent. The receptionist is lovely, the cleaning ladies are very friendly

A complete Ibis, very good quality-price ratio

Stayed here for two nights. Asked for an iron for my dress but the reception said no because it's for rent. I asked the reception to give me a call when people return it, but no one called. You can get a bed to sleep but don't expect any service here.

Good, quality-price. Dining furniture (chairs) very deteriorated.
