We enjoyed it extremely had a wonderful ground floor room and was close walk to pool/beach

- • The night life could have been better , but the nights they did have something they did it well . Only the shows in theatre were so so ! Would be fun if was a disco option.

- • Booking.com offered $200 to use in resort. When we come to check out they said we should of bee. issued vouchers. So wouldn't honour the deal.
A wonderful stay. Would definitely go back. A shame about the entertainment
Had a wonderful stay. All the staff were exceptional, from the restaurant staff to the cleaners. The food in every restaurant was superb. The gardens are very well kept and the two pools were great. The small beach in front of the Privilege section was covered with sargassum for much of the time. This was no-one's fault but was a shame. The animals really added to it - coatis, while are incredibly cute, deer, iguanas, etc, without the grounds being overrun by them

- • The evening entertainment was disappointing. Each evening there was some entertainment, but too much of this fell into the category of: 1. karaoke, silent disco or an audience participation "love and marriage" show and 2, - at least 3 evenings a week there were dance shows such as mexican dancing, caribbean dancing, latin, and 70s and 80s with no singing at all. There was a fire show and a circus act, These were both good. BUT there was not a single evening of singing or any variety acts. I felt this was lazy and unimaginative. Also there needs to be far better labelling of foods in the buffet. Currently its almost impossible for vegetarians to eat properly there

We had a fantastic time! We especially loved our waitress, Edith! She was sweet, funny, and super efficient! We look forward to coming back!

Lovely vacation...
This was our 2nd time and enjoyed our holiday for the most. We loved the entertainment team, especially Moises, he is a real leader! The others were very friendly. The a la carte restaurants were very good. The buffet could use some improvement, need more staff in the cook centre. Too may empty dishes and lineups at the omelett bar area. Some evenings fir dinner the choices were few protiens and empty trays. Pools are very nice and clean, ocean beautiful and warm. We got our beach or pool chairs around 730am to get shade. Room was very comfortable, great bed and shower. Property is small and very well taken care of. Loved this property but need to improve the buffet...has so much potential!!

Had a great time! Nice staff and Viri was an amazing Sanish teacher!!!! Nice resort, no kids, clean and comfortable room.

Five Star Resort!
We spent the week of Feb.12-19 at Ocean Maya Royale- it was amazing! My husband and I have visited 10 different resorts in the Caribbean over the years, and this was by far the best! I would recommend this resort to couples who are looking for superior food, service and relaxation!

Most relaxing and enjoyable vacation ever!
Amazing resort and fantastic service! If you are looking for a getaway from everything then this is the place to go! We had a great week of sun and relaxation with some great shows and great food. Definitely will come here again in the near future!
