Great location near the S-Bahn & Restaurants/Grocery Stores. Well connected to both Frankfurt city & airport (by S-Bahn). Modern studio. Good room size.

- • No A/C. Had I been aware of this I would not have booked this room in summer. Despite the outside temperature having cooled down from the previous weeks-long heatwave in Europe, the heat was still trapped & stored within the building like an oven. Opening the window had barely any effect. Unacceptable lack of infrastructure for such an otherwise modern building. There is a kitchen with 2 stove tops, which is good, however there is absolutely no air vent/extractor, and the kitchen seems to have been built literally in the geometrically furthest possible position away from the only window in the studio. As a bonus there is a nice laminated note on the stove warning/threatening you that you will be held liable and fined if you accidentally set off the buildings fire alarm. Room was advertised & sold as having a Queen sized bed. It turned out to only be a "full" sized bed. Fine for a single person, but definitely a stretch for 2 people. False advertising. Neither of the 2 elevators were working upon arrival. I had to walk up 5 floors via stairs with luggage. Turned out, the reason the elevators weren't working, is because the cleaning staff has blocked *both* elevators on different floors by positioning their cleaning carts in the elevator doors thereby preventing them from closing & being used by guests.

The hotel is well located, the self-managed hotel is unusual, the heat in the apartment was high.
The accommodation was nicely furnished and the bed was okay.

- • In this fairly new and modern hotel, which is really nice and tastefully decorated, there is no air conditioning. With a temperature of over 30 degrees at night with the window fully open, it was hardly possible to sleep.
Close to restaurants but a bit expensive. Close to the train station, convenient for transportation.

- • The room has no air conditioning, facing the sun. Very hot, the room is very stuffy. The kitchen has pots and pans, but no knives, no forks or spoons. This is extremely inconvenient because you want to eat light but there are no utensils. The toilet paper is not replaced, very little, not enough to use. Similarly, the tissue box has only 2 sheets. The light from the electric lamp is also not comfortable.
Nice apartment but no air conditioning.
Close to the Frankfurt Stadium and the airport. Quite new apartments. Small but well-equipped kitchen. Quite large rooms. Ironing also possible.

- • No air conditioning. It's really tough that there isn't one! In August at 38 degrees, it has become extremely hot. And because it's quite noisy, it was also very difficult to sleep with the window open...
