Bordeaux city break
The hotel was in a good location, 5 min walk to tram C for the centre of Bordeaux. Room was a good size, clean comfortable bed, good pillows. Lovely bathroom. Good value for money.

- • The problem was that the air conditioning was not turned on until May 1st, and as it has been in the high 20s this week in Bordeaux, the room was really hot. We therefore had to open the window. This then brought in mosquitoes, ended up with many bites. Avoidable if we had air conditioning. The road outside was really noisy with motorbikes going up and down revving until well past 2 am. So despite it being a lovely room, we got very little sleep.
