- • Making reservations at the restaurants is difficult.
The hotel's location is very good, practically no seaweed... The seafood is very fresh, and my room was very comfortable and clean. The overall service is friendly. And mainly, thank you for the detail you had for our anniversary!

- • There was little variety of food in general, and the main pool is a bit small.
Pleasant: 4 days max!
The interior decor, the environment with respect for nature, the beachfront restaurant, and the very pleasant staff! Beauty of the site: Houses, restaurants, bars, adult pool, etc.

- • The cocktails are varied. The pool by the sea: Cloudy water, band-aids. The lack of air conditioning in the breakfast room. Attention: impossible to swim in the sea (Crocodiles, jellyfish, rays, sharks!)

- • The quality of the breakfast buffet, perhaps because of the lack of nuts, fruits, and natural juices. Another point to improve is the quality of the themed restaurants, as the Coral for dinner left much to be desired. I wanted to have a membership talk because we have stayed at Barceló hotels in Varadero, Punta Cana, Cancun, and Cozumel, and we wanted to continue with the annual experience of staying at chain hotels. However, they said it required about 2 hours of availability, and even when I requested to be contacted in advance days before, they did not. Finally, when I asked to be contacted remotely, they indicated that it was not feasible, it had to be in person. I requested this because I have seen Barceló advertising -50% Off for Happy Days promotion.
Ideal with an activity (diving).
Very large complex with direct access to the sea, numerous pools and entertainment, many restaurants, some of which require reservations that fill up quickly, so it is necessary to book as soon as possible. Spacious room. Private beach.

- • Some buffets are very repetitive, large complex meaning a 5 to 10-minute walk to the exit. Reservations for à la carte restaurants fill up quickly and are not compatible with an activity (reservations starting from 9:00).
I recommend visiting this accommodation.

Nice location, nice staff, problems were quickly and adequately resolved. Delicious à la carte restaurants.

- • There was a lot of mold in the bathroom. Eventually got a new room which was clean, but this should not even happen, a cleaner should notice that, right? We did notice that they are very cost-conscious. Almost everything is a B-brand (Pepsi instead of Coca-Cola, a lot of food that is just subpar and simple in the buffet).
Customer service. The workers are all very friendly, always attentive. Actually, the whole stay was very good, beautiful views, access to a clean beach.

- • The beach and pool hours. And the delay in the reserved dinner restaurant, almost 2 hours for a '4-course' dinner.
