The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I especially liked how warm and cozy the hotel feels during winter, as well as the natural lighting and tranquility of the place. It is a very pleasant environment that allows for rest and comfort during the stay.

- • The coordination for the invoice delivery could be improved slightly. After my stay, I had to contact the hotel to request it, as it did not arrive in my email as indicated at the time of checkout. The staff was very friendly and contacted me to send the document. However, it would be ideal to improve this process to prevent the customer from having to request the invoice again.

The breakfast is well-served and the reception and bar/cafe staff are very friendly, but we want to give special thanks to the Cuban guy who works in the parking lot, very friendly and polite, always helping us.
