- • The restaurant seemed quite formal, some bar snack / smaller food options would have been great.
The Manager on Reception was extremely helpful when I told him I'm allergic to sulphur. I very much appreciated his care as I hadn't been aware of Rotorua's sulphur smell. The hotel is 16k from the centre and fortunately there is no sulphur smell.

- • Hot water was lukewarm warm which made the bath unemployable. Power went out in the morning with no apology from the hotel staff. Couldn’t have a shower because of it due to no water pressure with no power.
