I strongly advise against this establishment, I was very disappointed, it does not deserve the title of a 5-star hotel.

- • Cleanliness is not a priority, the carpets are very dirty, we found hair in our room. It should also be noted that breakfast is indicated to end at 10:30, at 9:55 we went down and the buffet was empty. When I asked the staff, they replied that they did not reserve, we had to negotiate for a long time before receiving a few things to eat at our table, we really felt like begging even though we had paid, it's unacceptable

The place is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is varied and beautiful, and all the staff are cheerful and have a beautiful spirit, especially the receptionists Ameema and Fatima are at the peak of politeness and ethics, my room was upgraded because of my wedding anniversary so thanks to all of them 🌺
