Flawless service & unforgettable hospitality
We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson in Casablanca. A special thank you to Tarik, who was always incredibly helpful and welcoming at the entrance, assisting with our luggage and making us feel safe and looked after at all times. A big compliment also to Momo, the restaurant manager, for his professionalism, kindness and attention to detail — he truly elevated our dining experience. Finally, we would like to thank Marianne from housekeeping for the impeccable cleanliness and care of our room throughout the stay. The entire team made our experience memorable and we would be delighted to return.

My stay at the Radisson Blu City Center Casablanca was simply exceptional. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed with great attention and professionalism, which immediately set the tone for the rest of the stay. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Casablanca, perfect for enjoying the city with ease. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and impeccably maintained, with extremely comfortable bedding that ensures a good rest. Every detail is designed to offer a luxurious and warm experience. But what truly makes the difference in this establishment is the quality of service. I would like to thank especially Tarik, Oumaima, and Nabil for their kindness, availability, and attention to detail. More broadly, all the people working there deserve to be praised: without exception, each one is attentive and ensures that the stay is perfectly enjoyable. The breakfast is varied and of very good quality, and the rooftop offers an elegant and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding. A moment of sweetness in Casablanca
I asked for an upgrade and I got a suite. It was much better. And I thank the reception. Amine, on his first day, Saad, and all the staff lived up to the Radisson. We will return with pleasure. I also thank the valet staff who were very professional.
