Location was excellent. It was central and close to many cafes, restaurants and shops. Hotel room was clean with lots of extras including tea and coffee facilities, fridge, safe and even an iron and ironing board. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The location is very good, getting around to the points of interest can be done on foot. The view of the square and the cathedral is very beautiful from the balcony.

The hotel bill was generated in dollars without asking me, and the receptionist ended up signing for me to complete the transaction since I did not want to sign in dollars, which is not correct; in my personal case, it is more convenient in local currency. 2. The person who conducted the tour of Sillar and Culebrillas was dishonest as he only did a part and charged S/200 which is very expensive. Upon complaining to the hotel, they considered refunding us with the airport transfer at no cost, but imagine that they sent us with the same driver/guide who had done the tour, which was very uncomfortable from the hotel to the airport.

- • Breakfast is not great, and the service level is very mixed. Despite 4 people waiting tables, no one comes past to take orders.
A very comfortable stay and easy access to all the sights. Also very safe
Location was excellent. Breakfast on the terrace excellent. Staff were extremely helpful. Katy and her colleague very nice. Filtered water available at all times. Good communication from the hotel.

- • The lift was a bit small and slow, I know it’s under renovation. The air conditioner was too noisy to have running at night.
