All great! Location, ambiance, comfort, and excellent breakfasts. 5 stars! A special thanks to the employees Roberto, Angel, Marcelo, and Yani who make the experience much more welcoming. They were very dear all the time.

Very good apart from the noise from the casino
Hotel is located directly on the main square, breakfast was limited - one guest asked for an omelette but this request was refused. Juice was nice though.

- • We were unaware that this hotel is next to a casino. The music and singing can be heard through the wall resulting in a very disturbed sleep until the early hours - but usually quiet by 2am. When you have early starts for trips and tours, this is not ideal.

The breakfast was very good, the view we had from the breakfast terrace to the central square and the cathedral of Arequipa was spectacular. The staff was very friendly every day, they even said goodbye to us with a little gift and sweets for our anniversary. The room had a small terrace with an arched window towards the central square of Arequipa, and even if it was lively or crowded outside, when we closed the terrace doors, we didn't hear any noise. The hotel is very well located and you can do all the city attractions on foot, a few blocks away are excellent restaurants like Chicha, 13 Monjas, El Claustro, La Benita, etc. I felt confident walking around with my purse on my shoulder and indeed nothing happened and everything was very safe. We bought wonderful baby alpaca sweaters and soft and warm silk pashminas with baby alpaca in stores next to the hotel. What we liked most about the hotel was its location, breakfast, and the wonderful staff.

- • The only thing I didn't like was that the door to the upper terrace where the pool is located and has views closed very early, preventing us from going up at night to see the beautifully illuminated cathedral.
