Maria Elena, Ramiro, and Damaris, thank you very much for making our experience more enjoyable.

Incredible location and excellent breakfast. The entire hotel team served us excellently, but Maria Elena, Ramiro, and Damaris provided us with incredible service. Just for their warmth and respect, the stay was already worth it.

  • • I made the reservation with breakfast included, but a system error did not compute it, and I had to pay for the breakfast separately, but it was not the reception's fault but the Booking reservation system.

  • • Leakage in the bathroom, when using the toilet water comes out on the floor. One of the beds very unstable, causing the feeling that it would collapse at some point.
