The facility and the breakfast, the staff, everything is great except the location. I will stay in Kowloon, the other part of Hong Kong.

Had a wonderful stay at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong. Location: Excellent. The hotel is directly connected to Pacific Place Mall and the MTR, making it very convenient to get around the city. Rooms: Spacious, spotless, and beautifully renovated. I stayed in a Peak View room, and the sunset views were stunning. Staff: Friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Service: Even after I checked out, the hotel safely held my online shopping packages that arrived later and emailed me to let me know. I really appreciated this thoughtful service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. ⭐️

Lovely place to unwind in the city.
Fabulous view. Super service and spa was just wonderful as was the poolside and service there. Luxurious decor and comfortable rooms. Joined to Pacific Mall with plenty of luxury shopping and great eateries.

- • Late bar was insufficient for the hotel meaning it had to be closed due to capacity being reached.

It's been recently upgraded so the rooms are nice and clean, its breakfast spread is wide but not particularly tasty. Service was very good.
