the pool is nice, the location is somewhat far from restaurants and shops, but being close to the sea makes up for it, dinner is affordable but lacks variety in the menu.

- • the cost-benefit ratio is not what they offer, the place is somewhat outdated, I think it needs remodeling and modernization, the fact that they still use keys for the room is terrible, it needs to be modernized.

Excellent choice from cruise terminal!
$50 all inclusive beach access with WiFi, within walking distance from the port! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Cozumel. Servers were friendly and excellent service. Food was great. Restrooms clean. 5 out of 5 stars!

Don't talk about soccer if you are Argentine
The pool or 'alberca' (as they call it), the room was very small for the 4 of us, we asked to change to a cabin that we found excellent. Jonathan and Manuel, who carried your luggage and solved your requests, were like suns of people, my thanks to them.

- • We are from the north of Argentina. We traveled during the World Cup (Argentina vs England match) and some of the waiters at the restaurant were very rude making reference to the match, which we did not ask for their opinion. I didn't think it was correct.
Casa del mar is a good option for a medium budget.

- • Rooms need a bit of maintenance. Shower needed a bit of love. Mattress a bit old. Pillows not comfortable at all.

CONSTRUCTION
During afternoon hours after diving. Jackhammering and banging. This is our 2nd visit and same as the 1st. Banging and Banging all afternoon radiates through the rooms. No afternoon naps after diving! We experienced the same disruption last year. Very unpleasant to experience mattresses are horrible. Ive see better mattresses on the side of the road. TV’s are marginal. Internet is spotty. Staff is friendly, food is good and fast . Drinks are plentiful and good. No there will not be a 3rd visit.

Appalling.
It was appalling, we left the moment we received the room. Not clean, not as in the pictures, I paid double and changed hotels.

No frills convenient location especially if diving.
Restaurant was convenient and a good value. Rooms are pretty basic and dated but clean. For the price point a good choice especially if diving.

- • The cruise docks are directly in front of the hotel so your ocean view is essentially blocked by 2-4 cruise ships everyday.
