- • No safe in the room. There was a metal box in the closet that didn’t even have a lock

The pool is good, the location is somewhat far from restaurants and shops, but being close to the sea saves it, dinner prices are affordable but the menu lacks variety.

- • The cost relation to what they give, and what they give is not what they offer, the place is somewhat outdated, I think it needs remodeling and modernization, the fact that they still use keys for the room is terrible, it needs modernization.

Excellent choice from cruise terminal!
$50 all-inclusive beach access with WiFi, within walking distance from the port! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Cozumel. Servers were friendly and provided excellent service. Food was great. Restrooms clean. 5 out of 5 stars!

Don't talk about soccer if you are Argentine
The pool or swimming pool (as they call it) the room was very small for the 4 of us, we asked to change to a cabin that we found excellent. Jonathan and Manuel, who carried your luggage and solved your requests, seemed like great people, my thanks to them.

- • We are from the north of Argentina. We traveled during the World Cup (Argentina vs England match) and some of the waiters at the restaurant were very rude making reference to the match, which we did not ask for their opinion. I didn't think it was correct.
Casa del mar is a good option for a medium budget.
Good service, very friendly staff, met my needs.

- • Rooms need a bit of maintenance. Shower needs a bit of love. Mattress is a bit old. Pillows are not comfortable at all.
