I had a great experience with this hotel - I booked the room for my mom, and everything went perfectly. The room was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke multiple languages, which was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the airport shuttle to and from the hotel was a big plus. Overall, exceptional service - I would happily book here again.

Not happy with the stay.
We got a room that was extremely noisy. The hotel had a party event that night. And that party with its extremely high music didn’t stop until almost 04 in the morning. We got zero sleep that night. I wrote to the receptionist but it took a very long time to get an answer.
