- • I had informed the staff well before coming about my requirements. that I have a 6 month old baby and what kind of room I wanted. However, no heed was paid. After going to the hotel after one hour I received the room after repeated follow ups and didn't receive the baggage as well so the journey was very uncomfortable. After I got the room and the baggage did my day went well. Also I had asked for a separate cot I received the cot but I guess there were bed bugs in the cot because when we went home we got bed bugs all over our house. So it was a terrible experience post our checkout.
Great location, stinky rooms & no clue support staff.
