Excellent hotel - Wedding Nuisance
Pros - Excellent Hotel, my Hotel of Choice almost every year I visit Mumbai for work and leisure. Great location and amazingly attentive staff and services. Clean and spacious rooms.

Our experience at the Taj Lands End was exceptional. The daily live music, the quality of the service, the food, the ambience, the attention to the finest details... I couldn't find a single area where improvement was called for. Thank you for a fantastic experience, with a special thank you to Balaj, who made us feel like kings and queens right from the get-go. Awful staff behaviour...
Was to check in on Sunday... reached past 2 pm... hotel was a mess and no one to advise on check-in and was just left to wait and then finally came to the reception to ensure I get priority and paid a deposit and then I am informed by Nikita that I am ‘upgraded to a sea link view’ to which I got super upset as the infinity sea view is what I had booked! When I asked her why she would mislead me and be over-smart about an upgrade she decides to not respond at all! I meet some other lady who pretends to help and I am telling her I need to leave and take my daughter for lunch and she offers me tea in the lounge! I express urgency and I am given the sea link view for the interim and then I am informed I have to wait 15-20 mins for luggage to come and thus is when I have told the second lady that I wanna freshen up and rush for lunch. All in all AN AWFUL MOST UNLIKE TAJ EXPERIENCE! WASN'T EVEN OFFERED WATER TILL I ASKED FOR IT! Real crap service and appalling staff behaviour

This is one place I truly can say they still keep up the “TAJNESS” still alive.
An amazing hotel. The room I stayed had only one flaw that was the washbasin and the mirror was not placed right
