A city covered in marble
The hotel's location is exceptional, very close to Via Roma. The staff is very attentive from the moment you arrive with the car, Lorenzo helps you park, reception, Adriana, very efficient and with a great treatment of the guests, the cleaning ladies are friendly and efficient. The breakfast is a bit lacking in variety and the collection of dirty dishes, but everyone is willing to do things. Special mention to Silvia, very attentive, she organized our visit, pointed out places of interest, made ticket purchases, restaurant reservations, and gave us many tips to enjoy our stay. Her recommendation for the restaurant on my wife's birthday was perfect. We also had dinner one night at the Savoia, delicious.

- • Very few things to improve, increase the variety in breakfast, salmon (although their tuna is delicious), omelets, pasta. Improve the collection of dishes.

Current structure for over twenty years, incredible atmosphere of great class. The Customer Relations Manager is truly excellent. Very central location

- • If I really wanted to be picky, I would have changed the elevators, trying to copy the previous interior coverings, so as not to alter perfect parts.
