A very good transit hotel
It is a very good transit hotel. Nice garage (reservation required) then your name is framed in a painting frame 🖼️ above the parking space. We even had a spot with a charging point. So we left with a full battery. Room comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good. The lady at the reception was very friendly.

Wellness hotel in Aalborg
Nice hotel in Scandinavian style near the center of Aalborg. On foot - for example, a path through the platform tunnel of Aalborg station is possible - you can easily reach the pedestrian zone of Aalborg in about 15 minutes. We stayed there overnight on the way to vacation. We slept really well in the very comfortable beds of the room. For a small additional charge, we had booked an upgrade for a better room category on site, which was worth it. The breakfast buffet is outstanding - and the stay in the breakfast restaurant overall very pleasant. This should definitely be booked as well. One should note that the public parking in front of the hotel is subject to charges. For German habits, it is somewhat unusual that you have to check in at the parking machine upon arrival. For this, the indication of the license plate and a debit or credit card is required. Before departure, you have to check out again at the machine with the same card - then the charge will be made according to the parking duration. We felt comfortable in the hotel - also thanks to the very friendly staff. We can recommend the Scandic Aalborg.
