We had an issue with the shower tap. The staff handled it quickly and efficiently. It was fixed within 15 minutes! The front desk staff, manager, and maintenance team were excellent! Will definitely stay here again when we return to Victoria.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and were absolutely delighted! The room was perfect: spotlessly clean, fresh, and odor-free. Everything was very comfortable. The room even had a mini kitchen—we didn't end up using it, but its presence was a huge selling point when we booked. The receptionist greeted us very warmly, and everything was top-notch. Another plus was the very reasonable price for such quality. We'll definitely be back!
