Everything was great! The staff was polite and very kind, the rooms were tidy, the breakfasts incredibly tasty and varied. The hotel's location is very convenient.

- • The air conditioning obviously does not work properly.. allegedly it was not warm enough to provide a pleasant temperature during the night - statement from the reception..

The restaurant is average and a waiter asking for a tip is the worst., breakfast is a joke, the level of a budget roadside motel, 400 euros per night ??? 3 stars plus is the maximum. Room ok, bathroom great, very clean.

Pretty good, but not heaven on earth
It was nice to have a pool! There were separate times for with and without children. The room was nice, overlooking the adjacent green areas. It was also funny to have valet parking upon arrival. Never before has someone taken my car away for me 😁

- • In some cases, I felt that we were not fine enough for the staff 🙄 Breakfast didn't blow me away.
Impersonal staff (except Italian restaurant) but clean comfortable rooms.

- • The reception staff were a little difficult to deal with and had a “we know best” attitude. We did not enjoy this condescending customer service.
