- • The pool needed better cleaning.
One of the best resort pools in Australia.
Exceptional pools in a tropical hot climate. Great rooms with outlooks. Right on the beach. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent aircon. Excellent wifi. Great TV channels available. Selection of great bars and restaurants. A casino if you like a bet.

- • Bathroom needs a little maintenance of grout stains but that is just aesthetic. Very clean really. Sometimes too much mess left around pools (towels, glassware, food trays). Plus, in corridors, leftover room service trays left all day. Parking is a long walk and even though I was there with my very unwell brother, they wouldn’t let me park in the resort parking area that was much closer. A little thoughtless of Shelly on reception! Could have had the bar overlooking the beach open more often and more live entertainment would be good.
Have stayed here many times but we were very happy with this particular room we were allocated.

- • Did come across a couple of hairs that were not ours!
Highly expensive for what the rooms were worth.
The lagoon pool and the food were lovely.

- • The beds rolling around the floor were annoying, the rooms were very basic and outdated, definitely not ‘deluxe’. After paying nearly $400 per room per night, it was a disappointing stay.
Just adequate.
First stay was in a recently refurbished room on L03 with Ocean View = 9/10. Ocean Pool 9/10.

- • Second stay for one night, I requested the lowest rate room and was treated accordingly. L01 non-refurbished looking over a roof to the car park = 1/10. Front of House Staff pleasant but could do with a lot more training in their systems and procedures.
Very comfortable, & great amenities, & good position.

- • Breakfast Menu very sparse for my dietary requirements (Dairy & Egg free), even though I booked with that requirement. I'm sure I am not the only person that would like this requirement.
It was a great stay.
