- • The bathroom door in the room did not close, which was uncomfortable in terms of privacy. I informed the reception, but they did not acknowledge it. On the other hand, we arrived at night, and the room was freezing (it was very cold outside), we had to ask them to turn on the heating, which took a while to warm up. Everything else was very good.

- • They did not have amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste. And the hairdryer in the room was outdated. They should have new hairdryers in each bathroom.
