Very good as always. We were bothered by a blowing noise in the room that was reserved for us. The staff kindly offered us another room. It was perfect. The breakfast is excellent, varied, and abundant. Thanks to the charming reception hostesses.

Hotel was superb; the best I've stayed in. The only drawback was a limited menu and items not available even though we ate early.

The young lady who checked me in was extremely helpful, kind, and professional, not to mention polite. Superb customer service.

Overall a great stay at a lovely hotel, with excellent amenities. The restaurant dinner could have been a little better for the price, but overall highly recommended.

People don't shower before going into the pool. The room was not clean.

The lobby and terrace are quiet with parking. For being a 4-star on the Côte d'Azur in the first half of September, the bar closes at 11 in the evening. The rooms with split air conditioning units and motel-like finishes are of three-star quality with slow wifi.

Woke up at 4:30 am with ants crawling everywhere in the room. Reception moved us to another room, but at that point, the night was ruined—we were exhausted, had to clean all our things, and sleep was gone. I went to reception three different times asking to speak with the manager. The answer? She doesn’t have time for you. Come back tomorrow after breakfast. Excuse me? This is supposed to be customer service? What a joke. Totally unacceptable.
