It was worth it
If we were to return to Florence, we would return to the Ariele hotel
Structure in a strategic location to move on foot, in fact, it is 10 minutes from the Florence SMN station, close to the Teatro del Maggio but at the same time 15 minutes from the center. We were welcomed by Irina, very kind and professional, she accommodated us in the room even though it was 12:00 and check-in is usually scheduled for 14:00. The room is very cozy, especially very clean, they leave a bottle of water available, well stocked with towels/bathrobes/slippers.

- • For personal preference, we did not love the fact that there were two mattresses close together rather than one. Soundproofing not excellent, but we still had a very good time.
Our Italy trip!
Lovely hotel, modern decor, very clean. I wished there were more space to put toiletries, robes. Hard to juggle. Beds are comfortable, and the room is quiet. Breakfast was very good.

We would definitely go back
A quiet and smart hotel with a family atmosphere (mostly due to the delightful and helpful staff) reasonably close to the center of Florence. Immaculately clean with great breakfasts.

The hotel was beautiful but what really made it special were the employees and how they treated us. The garden was relaxing after a long day

Good location for people who are good on foot
The quiet location - however, it takes 15 minutes on foot to reach the center. Rooms with high ceilings, making them very airy. Breakfast very good for Italian standards.

- • Despite the solid building structure (especially visible in the staircase), the furnishings were rather cheap: the sink and bathtub were not made of ceramic, but of plastic. A bit of a shame for a 4-star hotel.
Wonderful Florence
Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive, friendly, and had an excellent knowledge of the local area. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with lots of choices, including a cooked breakfast. Slick operation, help yourself. All in-house or outside, weather permitting.

Nice modern hotel! Great location for a pleasant and quiet stay in Florence!
The staff at every position was friendly, helpful, and caring. The manager Irina is outstanding in making us comfortable upon arrival and throughout our stay. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast is outstanding and so convenient, allowing you to start the day right from the hotel without having to look for a breakfast spot. The hotel is convenient to walk to the train station and is located in a great location close to the heavy tourist areas but not in the middle of the tourist crowds. Safe neighborhood. This is our second time staying here because the value is very high for our needs. We did two separate day trips from the train station during our stay and walked back and forth to the train station each time. It's an easy 15-minute walk to the train station or into the activity Florence has to offer. It has a modern feel but you still have the lovely feeling of Florence while staying here.
