Room on the 5th floor with a sea view, wonderful. Delicious dinners, good meals by the pool, wide selection for breakfast, good drinks. Large private beach at the hotel. With the all-inclusive option, we enjoyed the facilities of the entire Horizon network - pools, bars by the pools and on the beach. Weak beach bar, no coffee available

- • The lifts were small, fitting only 4 people at a time, which was problematic during peak times. Climbing the stairs to our third-floor room was challenging (and we are fit!). Disappointed to find no coffee or tea provided in the rooms for guests like us who were not all-inclusive

- • After checking out, we had the whole day left, so we had to leave our luggage at the hotel. There was no separate room for the luggage to be left. Therefore, on the lower floor of the hotel, there was a leisure floor accessible from the street side. It seemed open to everyone, and anyone from the street could go in and take what they wanted, giving such an impression. Customers' luggage was at their own risk if it disappeared. In my opinion, it was unsafe. A room with a large bed was booked, but initially given on the 5th floor. When we arrived at our door, we found someone sleeping in the room who had a late check-out. To avoid the confusion, we were given a room on the first floor facing the street, under which was the hotel bar where there was a loud party. On the other side of the street, there was a bar with a big party. In short, falling asleep was quite a challenge. There were not 1 but 2 beds in the room instead of one large bed. The price for two nights was, in my opinion, too high
