Second stay, basically still quite good. The only feeling is that breakfast has slightly declined.

- • We were extremely disappointed with the hotel service. Some of us didn’t have our passports with us, but we had photos of our documents. The hotel staff immediately said they couldn’t check us in. We had to insist and check with a senior manager—it turned out registration was possible. While we were arguing, the hotel staff member called us 'laowai,' which I find very disrespectful toward foreigners.
