We took a room with a lake view, it was amazing. Excellent food, very good service, large room, excellent service, suitable for the end of a trip in Vietnam, pampering before going back home but without breaking the bank.

- • Services are not up to expectation; only 600 ml of drinking water was provided, and no extra bottle was provided, and I was told to go and buy from outside.

Run-down old rooms
We are a group of 40 - 20 so-called Deluxe rooms, but in horrible condition, the hotel staff is not friendly, you have to carry your own luggage, even for seniors, the rooms are all run down, they renovated the lobby but the rooms are very old and need serious renovations, this is not PAN PACIFIC, it is a complete downgrade.

Disappointing to say the least
This is NOT a four-star hotel. The rooms are extremely dated and dirty. Tracks in carpeting outside rooms, leaking sink, grease and dirt on door handles and plates, dust and grime on lighting. Room was supposedly non-smoking but it smelled terrible.

Great hotel
We stayed here with a 5-star tripadeal group. The hotel exceeded our expectations. From the room to the breakfast it was great and the staff were exceptional. A special shout out to Quan who sold us and kindly activated our new sim cards and assisted us with our bags.

Absolutely exceptional
Wow! We almost felt this was too fancy for us, the service from every staff member was exceptional, a smile from every single one! We booked a suite which meant we had access to the Pan Pacific Club for check-in, check-out, cocktail hour, breakfast and more! Special mention to Mia, your service and grace was outstanding, please email me if you ever come to Melbourne for a reference or just a guide! Mia was so fantastic, the entire experience was. When you make people feel good they never forget and that is what outstanding service is, Mia is a credit to this team.
