- • The bar ran out of essential ingredients for cocktails and ran out of certain wines. We booked a meal for 5pm so we could eat before the show but when we arrived they said they couldn’t fit us in and we would have to eat at the bar, there were no spaces at any of the individual tables only the long bar table. I do not think it’s acceptable for when a guest books a table in the restaurant to then when they arrive in good time for their table that there’s no room.

- • i had a number of confidential booked calls between 9-10.30am i wish the staff had informed me of work being undertaken in adjoining rooms, drilling, hammering etc was very problematic

Excellent hotel.Perfect for our conference at the ICC.Problem with the TV but we were given another room. Food was Excellent in the Recess restaurant.
