Carpet everywhere.
The furniture is a bit dated, but the internal parking is convenient, perfect for those traveling by car and motorcycle.

We had booked two rooms, but unfortunately they were not next to each other. 1 room on the ground floor and the other on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival, the receptionist made no effort to accommodate us and was also unfriendly. Fortunately, another staff member was friendly and helpful, but still did not want to change our rooms. The spa was closed during our stay, which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Also, the breakfast did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel, and the same goes for the rooms. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.

two night in Krakow
Clean nice hotel with beautiful garden. From the hotel, it is easy to go to Krakow center not too far away. Hopefully, the spa will work one day because then the hotel would be five stars.

The hotel is overall a bit dated. The staff sometimes seems overwhelmed. The key cards rarely work, so you have to recode the cards almost daily to enter the room. The breakfast is not adequate for a 5-star hotel but sufficient. It is relatively far to the city center. It is ideally located for arriving by car from the highway.
