The cleanliness is really good, the bed linens were all changed before we came and there was no hair or anything on the bed or in the bathroom. The location is so central, can walk to most destinations. Staff are all very kind.

- • The room is quite small and according to the picture, there should be a ceiling shower, but sadly there is none in our room.
Lovely hotel
Really good location but at the top of a hill. Rooms are a nice size, comfy bed, clean and nice staff. Rooms are also very quiet. We were there for 3 nights and found plenty to keep us occupied during our stay. There is a restaurant but we did not use it.

Enjoyable but depressingly dark room
Lovely vintage hotel. Dark rooms not helped by dark furniture. No sockets by the bed for charging phones. Bathroom immaculate with hot water. Big fridge but why no bottles of water? Only one lift so took ages to wait for space in the lift and it was again, so dark. Indeed the whole hotel needed better lighting. Overall a pleasant stay. If I were to return to QC I would look elsewhere.
