- • Room was not cleaned during the stay. There were no glasses. Coffee capsules were not replenished. I also had to arrange clean towels myself. Very noisy air conditioning.

- • Check-in process. Receptionist did nothing but chatting. Burden the travellers who don’t have Wi-Fi to do online check-in. The process is nothing but to get more data from travellers. Three (3) days of stay WITHOUT room making at all. Informed during checkout but respond was bad. Apparently, need to request everytime. 5 guests (known fact during booking & payment) but only provided 4 sets of towels?!

VERY BAD. not recommended.
This hotel does not meet expectations at all, it is very different from the photos. The lobby is very small, ugly, uninviting. Breakfast is not possible, although it is offered on the site ('you have a kitchen in your room, so you can make breakfast yourself' said reception). The rooms are extremely outdated. Staff is incompetent and unfriendly. 3 minutes after 12 o'clock, full USD 100 was charged for late check out.
