Great apartment, comfortable bed, parking garage directly in the building.

- • The brooding pigeons on the balcony. As a result, we could not use the balcony. Too much pigeon droppings.
Perfectly accommodating for a small family
The host of this apartment thought of everything someone could need for their stay. We felt fully accommodated for our stay. The parking pass for free parking was fantastic, the location was only a couple of blocks from the beach, you had a partial ocean view, and there was security on site.

- • I didn't like that the parking lot didn't have instructions not to park in reverse in certain areas and that I was charged a $20 fine. Additionally, in our case, we speak English as a second language, please provide instructions in Spanish as well.
Good value in a high demand area
Apartment was exceptionally clean and well-appointed with extras in case you forgot to bring something. The kitchen was nice and set up extremely well, although it was missing some larger glasses. The fact that there were two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, was a bonus. Both the living room and the bedroom had blackout curtains, and there were decent views from either room. There is a small balcony with 2 chairs off the living room, which was a plus, but we didn't use it because it was raining so much. We had a few minor issues and appreciated a quick response and resolution. This property has free parking on the bottom level, which was a huge bonus for this area and secure and convenient.

- • I felt that for this price point, the bedding could've been of higher quality. Also, there was a $160 cleaning fee. It was not mentioned in the description, and I didn't see the charge until after I selected and paid for the room. We don't travel too much, so this may be standard now, but I do believe it should be mentioned before checkout.

- • Sometimes the electronic lock failed, and you had to wait a while to access the apartment.
A spacious and clean accommodation with good accessibility to Waikiki Beach.
Very good accessibility to Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park. You can reach the beach within 5 minutes on foot. The interior is clean and spacious, and kitchen utensils, beach chairs, etc., are provided.

- • One of the window side lights in the room seems to be broken. When you open the living room window, there is some external noise.
Overall, it's very wonderful.
The location was good. The pool was also beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't use it, but there were also free offerings such as instant coffee and tea. And having shampoo and treatment was helpful.

- • Many pigeons often come to the balcony, so there are many pigeon droppings. Although they provided a table and chairs, it was not hygienic to use them.

This place was recently remodeled, and it definitely shows. Really tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable, and the views from the front room and the bedroom were AMAZING!!! The host was really nice and easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I am already looking forward to being able to book here again. Can't say enough good things about the condo, the building, and the friendly host.
