The perfect 1 night staycation
This hotel is luxury wrapped in quiet elegance. It was everything I was looking for in my one-night staycation with my husband. Every single person we encountered, from the concierge desk to the elevator attendant, to room service and the doorman, greeted us with a smile and warmth. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and our suite exceeded all expectations. Room service from Cipriani's was world-class. Special thanks to Stefan and Jacqui for their attentiveness and sincere warmth in assisting us. Looking forward to the next staycation with you!

- • The only thing was that even being on the 20th floor, you could still hear the 'noise' of NYC. Other than that, it was a perfect night.
Highly recommended. Also great is the Cipriani restaurant in the hotel. I will come back.
Great room. Good size for New York. Comfortable bed. Hotel location is perfect near Central Park. Good transportation connections if you rely on taxis.

- • Before the last night, I received a message that ConEdison would shut off the steam for the hotel's heating from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am... it ended up being until 11:00 am. The hotel cannot change this... but it was annoying. Got late check-out until 12:00 pm without any problems. But what could be better in such a case... not just an apology from the hotel... but maybe a nice gesture like... we will compensate with a 10% discount on your room rate or make amends with a bottle of wine. For a hotel of this category, one would expect that.
