Charming hotel, professional staff
Good location, beautifully designed room, excellent staff, everything was very clean. Cosy wooden floors. We appreciated the coffee and tea supplies in the room. Great cocktails at the bar.

- • Impossible to open the windows so there is no fresh air in the room and it’s hard to sleep. We booked the hotel for the spa facilities only to find out upon arrival that the hammam was actually closed for maintenance.

- • Can’t open bedroom window, even just a little to let fresh air in. After a couple of showers, the roof gets a bit humid. Safe is in the cupboard but effectively on the floor requiring user to be on all fours to operate.
Incredible place and ideal location
Beautiful hotel offering an exceptional location. The staff is very friendly and attentive. A small buffet of cakes and other snacks as well as drinks are available at the reception; which is highly appreciated after a journey. Very beautiful room, well equipped, with very comfortable bedding. Excellent breakfast, offering a lot of choices with quality products, all in a beautiful place. We come to Lyon regularly and it is certain that we will return to this hotel.

- • Small point to improve: the layout of the reception desk. We were seated lower than the person who welcomed us, separated by a large desk that did not allow for the transmission of an ID, and hidden by a large computer screen.
