Great property
The hotel is in a beautiful part of Kolkata with amazing views from every room. The staff is fabulous. They listen to you and get you what you need. The room service was extremely well executed especially for a 2 year old baby. The Bengali Thali was to die for and the Chinese food was also pretty good.

- • The bathroom seems a little old and the showers didn't work too well. The hot water was at best lukewarm. The carpet in the common areas had a musty smell.. could be due to the heavy rains. The pool area is extremely hot. Can do with some cover.
