- • The air conditioning failed most of the time with the rooms being extremely stuffy and uncomfortable. The rooms also smelled of smoke despite being non-smoking with no ventilation available for fresh air. Atmosphere within the room needs to be better. Facilities feel old.
This is my 3rd stay and will come back over and over and the service is there.

The staff was extremely cooperative and friendly. Very good experience and homely feeling during the.
The food spread was good and the staff was excellent. Specially the concierges Mr. Sanjib and Mr. Bimal were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Overall staff were very polite and their hospitality level was out of the way.
