Excellent stay
The facilities are comfortable and beautiful, the pool is a good size and the water temperature is very good, the value for money is ideal. This hotel is an excellent option if you plan to go on tours.

- • Just that the tables where breakfast is served could have a larger umbrella because we had a rainy morning and there was nothing more than getting a little wet or having breakfast in the room.

- • The room I got was on the 4th floor with no elevator, there was no TV in the room and although they quickly changed my room, the door lock didn't work there, nor did the refrigerator plug, the curtains of the window were a bit dirty, the mattresses are comfortable, the pool is very good overall the hotel looks good and safe, just explaining the details with the room I got.

- • I didn't like that there were people in the pool after the indicated time and my room was on the first floor and the noise could be heard

- • We had 2 rooms. From afar the hotel looks very good but unfortunately up close it is not at all a 4-star. The pool is not maintained (missing tiles, different paint touch-ups from the pool), the bathroom is deplorable (not maintained, the shower door is too large and not suitable so it doesn't close!! no water fountain in the rooms even though the water is not drinkable!, unfinished finishes everywhere. The included breakfast is correct but nothing more.
I had a good day in Los Cabos with a low budget and the tranquility of having somewhere to spend the night.

- • Old furniture, the bathroom needs remodeling and very hard pillows and blankets. The air conditioner made noise. That could be improved.
