I had the opportunity to experience top-notch hotel service! The gentlemanly explanation by the hotel staff at check-in and their attentive response when I lost my key were excellent. The room was on the 11th floor facing the sea, and I was truly impressed by the view of Yokohama's Ferris wheel and Minato Mirai's night view from the window! Thank you for giving me a room with a sea view! Having breakfast included in the plan, it was a continental breakfast with a choice of omelets, scrambled eggs, and the option to refill bread and juice, which left me feeling satisfied. Breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the sea was fantastic! In terms of location, being able to walk to Chinatown in 5 minutes was great for enjoying the food there! It was very convenient to be able to return to the hotel quickly after playing until late at night. Also, being able to park the car even after check-out was very helpful.

- • I didn't particularly notice anything. If I had to say something, it would be that the location right in front of Yamashita Park is excellent, so it would have been nice if the bar was on the top floor with a great view, allowing you to enjoy a cocktail while admiring the beautiful night view...
It is wonderful as a historic building, and you can feel the history in the delicate decorations that have become rare in modern times. The hospitality of the staff working there was also wonderful, making my stay very comfortable.

- • (It can't be helped) There are still many things that feel like they belong to a bygone era in terms of facilities. Nevertheless, it is a wonderful hotel.

The location was very good. Recommended if you want to use it as a base for sightseeing in Yokohama.

- • It was very nice to have Shiseido's skincare products as amenities, but personally, I was disappointed that there was no body lotion
I was able to refresh myself at a calm hotel where I could experience the essence of Yokohama.
It is very nice to enjoy the view of the Minato Mirai buildings and the historic and relaxed scenery around Yamashita Park. Since I had eaten a lot in Chinatown the previous night, I chose Japanese breakfast. The dishes were made with fresh ingredients, and the gentle flavor of the dashi was impressively delicious, a taste that I rarely experience. The staff were all kind and efficient.

- • It was a non-smoking room, but there was a slight smell of cigarettes, which was mostly alleviated by turning on the air purifier. Considering the hotel's long history, it may be difficult to completely deodorize.
