Great place to stay in Florence
Great location. Just a few minutes walk to the train station and very close to the Piazza del Duomo, Mercato Centrale, many good restaurants and other tourist spots. Rooms were small but clean and modern although the walls were a bit thin so we heard noise from our neighbors. The staff was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful in assisting us to get the most from our stay in Florence. The included breakfast had fruit juices, a varieties of coffees and teas, pastries, eggs, meats and potatoes. The breakfast staff were also very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Muito conforto e boa localização.
Localização do hotel é muito boa, próximo da estação e da área histórica. Quartos amplos e com uma vista muita bacana. Funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos.

great hotel in excellent location
I spent a week at this hotel. The location is on a busy street but it was close to the station and walking distance of all the main sights. My room was at the back and I didn't hear any traffic or street noise. My flight was delayed but there is 24-hour reception so checking in was easy. Everything was clean and I had fresh towels & housekeeping every day. The room was small with a rack for clothes and l could have done with a drawer instead, but there was a safe and a mini fridge. The shower was a bit of a tight squeeze and the hot water took a while to come through. Breakfast was the same every day buffet style and unlimited. The staff were really friendly and helpful and able to offer advice when needed. There was air conditioning in the room and Sky TV with programmes in English. I highly recommend this hotel although it's a pity there is no outdoor space when the weather is glorious but I would definitely stay again. 4.5 stars.

Highly recommend for location, value for money and amazing breakfast.
The location is fabulous, walking distance from train station and still very manageable with larger luggage The staff are super lovely and accommodating. Large bed and very clean bathrooms with great amenities. Close to everything!!!
