Disappointing!
Disappointing experience! I was calling many times… holding the line and hearing their music for more than 30 minutes. Finally someone has answered but they put me on hold to find somebody responsible for reservation. After so many times of trying, nobody was able to give any information. No one was available! This is the way you treat your customers? Hilton will be the solution !

- • I requested late check out but it did not work as the receptionist said the hotel is fully booked. Also during booking, I wasted a lot of time calling the hotel but no response for two days and they said it is only one reservation office for all Marriott Hotels in Jordan. I recommend using booking.com
