For business travel or a quick 1 night stay before jumping on a cruise ship it’s ideal. Right in the heart of town and walking distance to shopping, the ferry to Playa, restaurants…. It’s not fancy but it is best option in the area

The trip was over my birthday and the staff even surprised me with a special birthday decorated room!!!!! Breakfast "buffet" is always fresh options and very tastey!! We will always stay at Casa Mexicana when in Cozumel!!!!

Convenient location and friendly
Great place, super convenient, near to everything. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Meeting and hanging out with fellow travelers at bar and in beautiful lobby was definitely a highlight

Everyone was very accommodating, the facilities were clean and our room was great. Breakfast was definitely a highlight for my husband and I. Shoutout to Vicente - it was a pleasure seeing him everyday. Thank y’all!

Hotel is in a good location, taxis outside the door to take you where you want. Hotel bar was never open and room service selection was not that great.
