- • Male staff at the bell desk is unfriendly. When asked for directions or other information, they don't even make eye contact or respond. Was surprised if it was the right hotel.
Great location and amenities with friendly staff, nice pool and right on the beach.
The hotel, beach, and pools were great. It was clean and staff were welcoming.

3 star service at best
We stayed for four nights and if you’re used to 5-star service I’d skip this. The main issue we gave it 3 stars was that the temperature in our room couldn’t get below 24C (75F) at night. The only thing the hotel would do is offer us a fan.
