- • Onsen was not free to use for all. Room was not as clean as I expected as I discovered there was still litter at the area under the toilet sink...

A family resort where you can feel safe even with a baby.
Everything was good, but above all, the people working there were very nice. They were friendly and quickly realized I was Japanese and naturally responded in Japanese. I used it with my baby, and they provided baby strollers, baby chairs, beds, baby baths, etc., so I could spend time with peace of mind.

Overall, very satisfied with the accommodation, will stay again next time
