- • Rude and uninterested staff. Weak selection for breakfast Room from early 90's Spiderwebs in room Compared to other hotels in Budapest, for the same price, bad value for the money. There are much nicer places for the same or lower price. Never visiting Ibis chain again :(
Great location - very close to the metro! The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Left with the most pleasant impressions!

- • There was a specific smell in the room, personal hygiene products were missing, and there was only one chair in the room. The conditions did not quite meet expectations.

Wide selection. The lecsó was made from not fresh peppers and tomatoes. You could taste the canned flavor.

- • Upon our arrival, water was dripping from the ceiling into a bucket in front of the Reception desk. We spent our wedding anniversary there. I requested and indicated the special setup in the reservation. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment! There was no special setup! We booked with half board. This was also a disappointment! There was not much to choose from; they said: Goulash soup, Gordon Blue with steamed rice, and 1 piece of cake! With half board, this is very limited! At least 2 types of soup, and at least 3+ main courses, including vegetarian options.
I really liked everything, the location, the rooms, parking for cars is very convenient. I also really liked the breakfasts, everything is tasty, nothing extra. Thank you 👍
